Insurance Group 10, Partial Service History, 2009,Vauxhall Astra ,1.4 I petrol,88 bhp ,Active plus model,106168 miles,Just 3 owners from new, MOT 15/12/2027...HPI clear,Amazing condition car....**** Another new arrival, and awaiting a full valet, so better photos and a walk round video to follow in the next few day*****Anyone out there looking for nice family car?Fairly large boot for stuff?Maybe a get you out of a hole car, with almost a 9 moths MOT left on it?Sensible runner, fast food delivery car?Cheap second car or school runner?Oh, not to forget the usual Vauxhall cheap to buy anywhere parts.If so this lovely and very clean Astra could be what you're looking for......Another prestige main dealer part exchange, one of a couple we bought at the same time.Collected today from a dealership not too far away near Peterborough, where we've had some really nice cars from recently.And this one is NO different.Driven just over an hour, and just over 60 miles back, and averaged just under 46 mpg...The car did drive really well, even when sat inland queuing and static traffic cutting through Bourne, at 5pm just before the easter break, what was I thinking collecting a car, that late in the day, I was always going to get stuck in traffic.Where sat for nearly 10 mins and crawling though the town at 5 mph, the car performed well, and didn't show any signs of over heating, amazing for a car thats 16 years old.... MECHANICALS:As mentioned, the car is fitted with the been in everything vauxhall were making back in 2009, the 1.4 petrol engine..Chain driven , so no silly cam belts to change...Lovely to drive back in,No knocking from the suspension,Gear change is usual vauxhall precise, and very slick.Engine sounds well, the only noise from a loose exhaust heat shield that needed a new screw to hold it in place !!.... EXTERIOR:The car is finished in metallic Schwartz black, a metallic and pearl colour that does shine in the afternoon sunshine today.To be honest it does look well in the colour, with silver sporty alloy "fake" looking wheels.The bonnet paintwork is marked, so another previously enjoyed bonnet has been ordered and will be fitted shortly..cheaper then getting this one painted !!....There isn't that much in the way of damage on the car, again a good sign for 17 years on the road..There are the usual loading marks on the rear bumper, a slight scuff on the rear drivers wheel arch, mostly polished in, and a slight scuff not the front passenger wheel arch /bumper area.So nothing for a car thats 17 years old, amazing condition.Even the plastic looking alloy wheel covers are in good condition.... INTERIOR:The car has really clean cloth seats.Finished in a black with grey centres.Nice sporty bolsters hold you in, on the wild corners found on the A15.....Not really a mark on the seats, carpets all look fresh , there is also a set of aftermarket mats in the boot, that have looked after the carpets..All switches seem to work as intended .... FEATURES: Aircon, Auto lights, Front driving lamps, Electric front windows, Electric mirrors, Remote central locking.and thats about it, so less to go wrong... THE CAR HAS: Full V5, shows just 3 owners, MOT 15/12/2026 2 keys, Full vauxhall book pack, Part service history.... SERVICE HISTORY:The car has a PART service history ,There are 3 stamps in the book, to 2013, then nothing in afraid. TYRES:The car has really good tyres on it: NSF : 4.0mm, OSF: 3.1mm, NSR:7.2mm, OSR: 6.0mm,Spare is in the boot, with tools and a jack..... RUNNNING COSTS:The car costs 225 pounds for a whole year 123.75 for 6 months ...The car does a claimed 56mpg on a run, or 38 mpg around town,Insurance is also a very low group 10......
