Chassis rigidity was notably improved, particularly in Spider form, reducing scuttle shake and delivering sharper, more composed handling. The new 4.3litre V8 produced 483bhp and was paired with a muchimproved F1 paddleshift transmission, offering faster, smoother gear changes along with better clutch management at low speeds. Further Formula 1derived technologies included the EDiff and steering wheelmounted Manettino switch, transforming the cars dynamic ability, while the more aggressive styling brought it in line with Ferraris contemporary range. Crucially, the move to a timing chaindriven engine eliminated the costly belt services associated with the 360, making ownership considerably more straightforward. As a late 2009 model, it is understood to be one of the final ten F430s to leave the Ferrari production line.Beautifully presented in Nero Daytona, the specification is extensive, including Scuderia wing shields, black softtop, matching black carpets and contrasting Sabia (sand) heated leather seats. As a late production example, it benefits from a particularly high level of options, notably carbon ceramic brakes (circa £20,000 option), front and rear parking sensors, NavTrak tracker and extended carbon fibre including the steering wheel and dashboard, complemented by Sabia leathertrimmed rollover hoops.
