Insurance Group 13, 1 Previous Owner, With summer just around the corner, this exceptional, showwinning New Beetle arrives at exactly the right time. A genuine modern classic with real pedigree this isn't just a Beetle, it's a multiple awardwinning show car with history, presence, and quite possibly one of the very best examples out there. Factory and key features include a 1.6 petrol engine paired to a 5speed manual gearbox, original stereo upgraded with Bluetooth for music streaming, upgraded speakers, colourcoded keys including the wallet key, and immaculate factory wheels now fitted with four brand new Continental tyres. A familiar face on the VW show scene over the last 5 years, including regular appearances at the London to Brighton Modern Classic run, with all supporting memorabilia included show stickers, entry forms and photographs. The car has also travelled across Europe to be displayed at 'The Ring', adding another layer to its story. It's a multiple award winner, including Best New Beetle at Endless Summer in 2021 and 2023, as well as Best New Beetle at Dubs in the Park, along with numerous additional show accolades. A brilliant and slightly quirky collection of memorabilia comes with the car, including model cars wearing the X600 BUG plate, a Beetle mug and Hawaiian shirt, plus an incredible handpainted clock replicating the rear of the car complete with matching window stickers. Also included are the original 2000 sales brochure and original supplying dealer invoice from Whites of Croydon. The current owner was particularly keen that all of the memorabilia stayed with the car, and as part of that, the X600 BUG registration plate is also included, tying the whole story together. Condition wise, it's quite simply one of the most immaculate New Beetles you're likely to come across. The paintwork is exceptionally clean and unmarked, the wheels are pristine, and the interior is near perfect. There is only very minor agerelated sagging to the headlining and door cards, otherwise it is spotless throughout. It drives exactly as it should smooth, tight and sewing machine quiet. A huge part of this is down to the previous owner, who clearly maintained the car regardless of cost. The way it presents today is a real credit to them. The service history is outstanding, especially considering the car has covered just 33,000 miles, with over 15 recorded services. Cambelt and water pump were replaced in August 2017 at 24,000 miles and again in November 2021 at 28,680 miles. The car was last serviced in October 2025 and now has an MOT through to November 2026. It also sits on four brand new Continental tyres. Mechanically, it's exactly what you want properly maintained, correctly looked after, and ready to be enjoyed. Ownership is just two from new, with the first owner keeping the car for 20 years and the current owner since February 2020. This is an easy and affordable way into the VW and modern classic show scene, but without starting from scratch. The hard work has already been done. It's a car with recognition, trophies and a genuine story behind it, yet still usable daytoday with low running costs, simple 1.6 petrol reliability and sensible insurance. Finding a clean New Beetle is one thing. Finding one like this, with this level of history, originality and showwinning pedigree, is something else entirely. 33,000 miles, 2 owners, 2 keys, full service history, MOT November 2026. A properly special little car, ready for its next chapter.
