MG MGB GT 1969

The MG B has long been held in high regard throughout the classic car world. Excellently stylish, well performing and backed by a wealth of enthusiast support and parts supply, these golden era British sports cars make great usable classics and the example we have here could become one such car. An early chrome bumper GT variant, this 1969 car can be seen to hold great potential as a fun spring/summer project which could result in a thoroughly standout classic MG. Finished in a lesser seen Burgundy / Purple hue, the car is certainly striking. Having been off the road for some time now the bodywork is looking tired and could benefit from some TLC and restoration in places. The interior remains a nice place to be with wear and tear commensurate with age and limited use. Mechanically the MG will need some recommissioning/going over before a full return to the road. We have had it running (a video of which can be provided) however it will need some attention to the fuel system, likely just the fuel pump, or an external fuel supply to get it running again.
