1982 Ford Fiesta 1.1 L we have just taken as a trade in. Its a good solid little car which starts runs and drives, but there is room for improvement. Ideal starter classic for someone. Its had 8 previous owners. We have the V5 here but nothing in the way of history.Body Later style Mk1 Fiesta shell. Solid underneath, but has had work in boot corners, front floor corners and sills. Inner wings are very good and original. Small bit damage on corner of drivers door. Paintwork is presentable but not a show winner for sure. Both doors are a slightly different shade. Its like they have either been changed or painted off the car..Early style chrome bumpers which are fairly good. Mechanics 1.1 Engine despite the 1.3 badge on the rear. Car takes a wee while to start when its been left a while. I suspect the fuel is running back to the tank. Once it fires its no problem. I drove it today and it feels quite tight, with no nasty knocks or clunks. Brakes, clutch and gearbox are all good. As with any old car it would benefit from a good checkover and a serviceInterior Fairly tidy interior. Its basic but no rips or tears. Wheels Standard steels with decent tyresNot a bad old car as a starting point for someone to improve upon. You are welcome to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quoteAny questions please ask or call 07879 557668.Thanks for looking
