Full Service History, HISTORYAn 104,300 mile car with the present owner since 2022 with a file full of history dating back to the 1980s. This lovely 924 Turbo is in remarkable condition both inside and out. A UK right hand drive example, originally supplied by AFN Porsche. With just 6 owners in total, one long term from 1988 to 2013 and a more recently enthusiast owned, the car has clearly been very well cared for. A full ring binder makes up the service history, with invoices dating back to the early eighties, along with many past MOTs and the original stamped service book, showing the car was almost always serviced by Porsche main dealers. Cambelt changed in 2020 (7000 miles ago). There is an invoice on file for recommissioning work in 2013 after being in storage and seeing little use for some years. Since then the car has been very well maintained with the last service carried out in April 2024. Prior to this in 2020 the car received new oil filter, fuel filter, plugs, cambelts, leads, air filter, rear wheel bearings and an alternator belt. A full gearbox rebuild was carried out by Turbo specialist Alan Stokes in 2018. More recently the focus has been on setting the car up well, with the addition of fully adjustable GAZ gold coil over suspension on the front, with new GAZ gold telescopic dampers at the rear and full geo set up and 4 wheel alignment carried out, new OEM brake disks and Brembo pads fitted, high pressure fuel lines, new drive shafts, new alternator, track rod ends, refurbished torque tube bearings (specialist job), custom turbo back wider bore stainless steel exhaust with interchangeable tips on vband and new brake master cylinder and brake fluid. The car starts with ease and is a huge amount of fun to drive, boosting well and with the improved handling, now feels a very capable Porsche. The current MOT is valid until August 2026 with no advisories.SPECIFICATIONAlpine White over Gabon Grey with factory pinstripe and unmarked Grey Berber cloth interior, electric windows and mirrors, removable sunroof with sunroof bag, Blaupunkt radio, fog lights.CONDITIONIn wonderful condition throughout, the paint is uniform and bright, with no dings, dents or scratches. Under the bonnet is very clean as is the boot complete with its fabric parcel shelf, get you home spare, jack and tool kit. We have three keys. Tyres are all Continentals with plenty of life. We have a huge file of paperwork and the book pack.
