This is a genuine one-family-owned car from new, owned by a local Ashtead, Surrey family who live less than two miles from our dealership. The car was purchased and registered brand new in January 2012 by Cooper BMW Banstead and has remained within the same family ever since. It is HPI clear, supplied with its original owners pack and two keys, and will be sold with a fresh service and a 12-month MOT valid until January 2026. Care and provenance are a real strength of this example. It has been seen every single year by either BMW main dealers or BMS BMW specialists, with a substantial folder of service and maintenance records exclusively from those two. Across its life, the car has averaged a service interval of around 9,000 miles, which is notably more frequent than BMW’s condition-based servicing recommendations, reflecting careful and preventative ownership rather than reactive maintenance. Supplied new in January 2012, the early years show regular seasonal wheel and tyre changes alongside routine inspections. In January 2020 at 92,606 miles, the car was again fully serviced with oil, filters, brake fluid and MOT. A major service was carried out in January 2022 at 105,364 miles, including engine oil and filter, air and cabin filters, coolant renewal and replacement of both front lower control arms, addressing a known wear point on these cars.
