2014 Mercedes A Class 2.0 A250 BlueEFFICIENCY AMG Sport Premium Hatchback 5dr Petrol 7G-DCT Automatic 240bhp Euro 6. This is private sale of my wifes car that she owned 6 years and used everyday. Car comes with full service history and its fully HPI clear. Recently passed MOT until November 2026. Since we got it always passed its MOT without any advisories. I have just completed full service before sale including engine oil, filters, fluids and spark plugs. Few weeks ago had gearbox serviced. New tyres and battery not long ago. Body work is in very good condition with only few minor age related marks. Ive just bought a new car for my wife for Christmas. As there was almost full tank of fuel in Merc I used it to go to airport to pick my mum up. On the way back engine management light came on. Next day toke it to garage to be told that the car requires new catalytic converter. Its been diagnosed with clogged catalytic converter hence the very low selling price. It drives absolutely fine and has full power however theres very slight vibration on idle and the cat is rattling so Id rather be honest. The engine management light was switched off by the garage and didnt came back on since. This is very reluctant sale. New car forces sale. It was originally advertised at £10k but price reduced now to £7k for a quick sale. We are located in Wakefield. You can easily drive it back home as it dont effect the car in anyway during the drive. Its only running little rough on idle. I can arrange same day delivery as I have somebody who works for me with recovery truck but full payment is required upfront prior to the vehicle being released. Viewing by appointment only!
