Without a doubt, one of the classiest of all crossovers - The Mercedes GLA is a stunning, sporty-looking 5 door, which offers greater space and practicality than the A-Class hatch on which it is loosly based. The stitched leather seats are sporty and very supportive with their deep bolsters. They are generously proportioned though, and provide superb comfort on long journeys. I love mix of materials in this car, with plenty of expensive looking aluminium trim, and that huge glass roof which fills the interior with light. The centre console has a large screen display which houses the cars multimedia stereo system, and onboard computer as well as a full colour navigation system and reversing camera. In addition to the camera, this the Premium Plus pack fitted to this car includes parking sensors on both the front and rear of the car. This makes it very easy to part and maneuver. The chunky, leather-bound steering wheel feels and looks sporty, as does the leather and aluminum gear-shifter. While the AMG-line models of this car, have been designed to appeal to the more youthful market, it still has that high-quality Mercedes-Benz feel to remind you this is a premium product. Rear seat passengers are also well catered for and there are isofix child seat anchorage points on the outer rear seats for added safety.
