Auctioned on Saturday 29th November.

This lot will be auctioned via Historics Classic and Sportscar Auctioneers at The Brooklands Velocity; Mercedes-Benz World sale on Saturday 29th November. Sports Chrono Package. Low mileage 992.1. The Porsche 992 is the eighth and current generation of the Porsche 911 which was introduced at the Porsche Experience Centre, Los Angeles on 27th November 2018. The 992 has wide rear-wheel arches which was a part of every model in the 992 lineage (a design feature limited chiefly to high performance variants of previous 911 iterations) along with 20-inch wheels on the front and 21-inch wheels at the rear. Compared to its predecessor, the 992 is 45mm wider and uses aluminium body panels. The 992 also has a new rear bumper with larger exhaust tips than its predecessor. The front of the car is designed to mimic the appearance of an early 911 in a modern fashion. The interior also has received significant changes including a straighter dashboard which harks back to the shape of the dashboard used on the classic 911. The instrument cluster consists of two seven-inch digital displays and an analogue tachometer also a reference to the classic 911 models. This stunning 992 Carrera 4S was first registered on 26th April 2019, specified with Sports Chrono Package and with just 24,500 miles from new. Presented in Gentian Blue with full black, heated, leather interior with Crayon stitching and sitting on 19-inch front /20-inch rear Carrera wheels in dark grey. The car retains all the book packs and two original keys, it has three new wheels and new tyres, and the paintwork appears of showroom standard with a recent full paint correction detail. The interior is as you would expect from such a low mileage car and we are informed it drives without fault. The last scheduled service was performed by Porsche service centre Brooklands at 15,373 miles in 2019 and it will be due a new service this/next year but the MoT has recently been completed with no advisories and is valid until 1st September 2026.Late 2024, our vendor misjudged a junction and drove over a raised roundabout, damage included a broken rear arm, damaged front bumper and torsion bar protecting the engine bay, cracked the oil sump and damaged three alloy wheels. He thought this damage was relatively light, the air bags did not deploy, and the car instantly shut off so any harm to the sump was isolated to that only, this is all photographed and documented in the history file and online. The insurance company assessed the issue and due to structural damage classified this as a Category S, our vendor then decided to purchase the car from the insurance company and have his Porsche fully professionally repaired. This work undertaken by Number 1 in Maidenhead is fully invoiced and equated to over £33,000 of repairs, as previously mentioned, both the damage and the repairs were photographed so this is fully transparent to any new owner. Upon viewing, it does seem crazy that a car of this value would be classified as such but it does provide a significant opportunity to purchase the 992 C4S.Are you looking for a 991. STOP, look at this instead, a gorgeous 992 presented almost as new with under 25,000 miles. On Porsche forecourts this would be circa £89,000, even privately you are looking at £80,000 so whats to stop you enjoying the trappings of 992 ownership for less. We strongly advise you to view the car and paperwork for confidence to bid on this wonderful 911. Consigned by Mathew Priddy
