Insurance Group 4, 2 Previous Owners, Full Service History, 2011,Volkswagen Polo ,S edition,1.2 petrol,60 horse power,5 speed manual,ONLY 2 owners , a fleet for 18m then the last owner for 12 years,130700 miles from new,MOT 03/11/2026, with NO advisoriesFULL service history ....HPI clear,Stunning condition for its age.....37 photos on our motors co uk listing,3 min YouTube walk round on our ebay advert, or soalmoto co uk website ......Any one looking for a first time driver car ?Something to put you nearest and dearest in, that will actually feel solid ?Maybe a cheap commuter ?Something that does 56 mpg for fun ?Maybe something with only 2 owners, and not your usual 7 owners from new?Which ever you're looking for , this lovely metallic grey, 5 door polo, could just fit the brief....Welcome to our listing for this lovely , very practical 5 door VW polo.Probably one of THE cleanest polos we've had in , in ages.Hardly a mark on this car, and at this mileage is absolutely amazing !!This is a 2 owner car, a fleet for 18 months, then Mrs xxx bought it and ran it until last month, where presumably its been px against a shiny new car.Wow, that makes a difference to the usual 5-7 learner / owners on these cars!Collected today from a lovely main dealership up near Newcastle.Driven back just over 160 miles, thats a good test drive .Nothing untoward to report on the way back, other than a slightly loud wheel bearing !Arriving with just over 2 weeks mot,on it.So straight off to the mechanic who's fitted a new front wheel bearing plus a spot of welding on both of the sills, a usual vw polo trait at this age.So now sold with the new mot , and all good to go..He's polished the headlamps, and fitted a couple of bulbs,So that's now all sorted, and a bill for 300 pounds, ouch !......- ENGINE:Fitted with my 2nd favourite engine of all time, the cheeky 1.2, 3 cylinder petrol engine,Why 2nd ?First is the vw 1.9tdi, bomb proof engine.This engine is so good, both my driving age children have this shape 1.2 polo, so there's a recommendation for you.Great fuel economy, and it's a chain driven engine, so NO cam belts to change, at nearly 400 pounds.This one sounds like they all do, runs well, gets to temperature, at 90 and stays there the whole journey back.Not the fastest car in the world, but its a VW so its a reliable car.5 speed gearbox that changes gears well,NO funny noises on the way back, and NO warning lights on the dash either, lovely ......- EXTERIOR:Finished in lovely metallic grey paint work,Its just had a full machine polish, and does look really well in the nearly showing sunshine today, a bit overcast sadly !There's a slight dent to the front passenger door, see video, from 5ft you can't see it really.There's hardly a chip on the bonnet, amazing at this mileage.A slightly small mark on the front drivers bumper ,so low down and I missed that too !Genuine wheel trims all look in good condition, only a slight bit of marking here and there, one missing its vw sticky badge and that's it in 14 years.So a very well looked after and nicely presentable car...- INTERIOR:NON of those silly multi coloured stripy polo seats in this one,Just the really supportive , almost sports like black and grey cloth seats.They've all just had a quick shampoo, like we do all our cars with cloth seats.Just one mark on the drivers seat I cant seem to shift sadly !No abrasion on the bolsters either.Please see all the photos,Quite comfy on the way back , easy to adjust , so typical vw.All switches seem to work as they should too.Headlining is nice and clean, and the carpets have hovered up well.- FEATURES:- Electric front windows,- Radio with cd,- Central locking , key in the door, not remote.- Manual rear windows, - Manual wing mirrors, - NO Aircon, sat nav or apple play im afraid ,Errr, that's about it, so less to go wrong....- THE CAR HAS:- Full V5,- MOT 03/11/2026, with NO advisories - 2 flat keys,- Spare wheel, tools and locking wheel nut in the boot ......- SERVICE HISTORY:The car has a full service history,There are 11 stamps in the book, 2013 to 2024.Please see photos for full details, Last serviced at 126k miles, so not due for a while.- TYRES:The car has good tyres on it,- NSF 6.1 mm,- OSF 5.0 mm,- NSR 5.6 mm,- OSR 6.1 mm,- Spare and tools in the boot...- RUNNING COSTS:The car costs 165 pound for 12m tax, or 90.25 for 6m tax,The car does 62 mpg on a run, or 38mpg around town,It's a group 3 insurance....- LOCATION:The car is located ion a small village, 3 miles from Lincoln city centre ,Great for NO traffic test drives,If I've missed anything, please ask Matt or Cheryl..PX considered on any of our cars please ask
