Insurance Group 3, Partial Service History, Late 2008,Seat Ibiza ,1.2 petrol,60 horse power,5 speed manual,ONLY 3 owners , with the last owner for 11 1/2 years,126500 miles from new,MOT 08/12/2025, but off for a new MOT on Monday , so sold with 12m mot.Good service history ....HPI clear,Stunning condition for its age.....35 photos on our motors co uk listing,3 min YouTube walk round on our ebay advert, or soalmoto co uk website ( to follow after the mot )......Any one looking for a first time driver car ?Something to put you nearest and dearest in, that will actually feel solid ?Maybe a cheap commuter ?Something that does 56 mpg for fun ?Maybe something with only 3 previous owners, and not your usual 11 owners from new?Which ever you're looking for , this lovely gloss white Seat Ibiza , could just fit the brief....Welcome to our listing for this lovely ,Ibiza.This feels like a trip down memory lane.We bought an identical Seat Ibiza for our eldest son, as his first car, nearly 3 years ago, and to be honest I thought he'd keep that car for ever, he loved it.Right up until I brought a slight newer 1.2 polo, which he still has, so exactly the same engine, gearbox, and spec really.So driving this back felt great, like I hadn't been away from his car..Collected today from a prestige main dealership we use in Leeds.Driven back just over 74 miles, not the longest drive we do when buying these main dealer px, but a good test drive non the less.Nothing untoward to report on the way back, other than slightly juddering front brakes !So straight off to the mechanic where it will get a fresh mot, and the front brakes sorting at the very least on Monday morning.....- ENGINE:Fitted with one of my favourite engine of all time, the cheeky 1.2 ,3 cylinder petrol engine,This engine is so good, both my driving age children have this shape 1.2 polos, so there's a recommendation for you.Great fuel economy, and it's a chain driven engine.That means NO CAMBELT to change, at nearly 400 pounds.This one sounds like they all do, runs well, gets to temperature, and stays there the whole journey back.Not the fastest car in the world, but its a VW group car so its a reliable car.5 speed gearbox that changes gears well,NO funny noises on the way back, and NO warning lights on the dash either, lovely ......- EXTERIOR:Finished in the colour of the moment , gloss white,Its just had a full machine polish, and does look really well in the sunshine today.There's a slight dent to the drivers side sill, see photo and video, no idea where that came from, or how it might have happened .Maybe the odd chip here and there on the bonnet,A slight bit of " dabby dabby touch up " on the front drivers wing.3 out of the 4 wheel arches in the plastic bumpers have slight grazing, but all touched in , in white, to hide the black plastic bumper underneath, quite a neat job , may I say !Genuine alloys all look in good condition, only a slight bit of marking here and there, that's it in 17 years.So a really well looked after and nicely presentable car.Its obviously been loved by its last owner of 11 1/2 years..- INTERIOR:The car has the sporty fabric black / grey and red pattern.Just really supportive , almost sports.Driver seat has the usual small hole, repaired in the bolster nearest the door, strange because my sons had gone in exactly the same, place !!They've all just had a quick shampoo, like we do all our cars with cloth seats.No marks to mention,No abrasion on the rest of the seats either, all nice and cleanPlease see all the photos,Quite comfy on the way back , easy to adjust , so typical seat.All switches seem to work as they should too.The Aircon is cold, but NOT ice cold, but you can hear the motor kick in , so probably need a re gassing......- FEATURES:- Aircon,- Electric front windows,- Remote central locking,- Radio with cd and stalk controls,Errr, that's about it, so less to go wrong....THE CAR HAS:- Full V5,- MOT 08/12/2025, but sold with 12m- 1 remote key,- Spare wheel and tools in the boot ......- SERVICE HISTORY:The car has a good service history,There are 11 stamps in the book, 2008 to 2019.Then last service in the book was 6 years ago, and 14k miles ago, BUT I can't believe this car has averaged less than 2k a year !Last owner for 11 1/2 years, but obviously not stamped the book.Even the dash shows 7700 miles to the next service, so must have been done last year.- TYRES:The car has good tyres on it,- NSF 3.2 mm,- OSF 4.3 mm,- NSR 4.5 mm,- OSR 5.0 mm,Spare and tools in the boot...- RUNNING COSTS:The car costs 195 pound for 12m tax, or 107.25 for 6m tax,It does 55 mpg on a run, or 38mpg around town,It's a very LOW group 3 insurance....- LOCATION:The car is located ion a small village, 3 miles from Lincoln city centre ,Great for NO traffic test drives,If I've missed anything, please ask Matt or Cheryl..PX considered on any of our cars please ask,
