Building on the Evo VI's already impressive platform, the Tommi Mkinen Edition received several upgrades, including a titanium-alloy twin-scroll turbo, a 10mm lower ride height, and a quicker steering rack. Externally, the front bumper was redesigned to improve airflow to the intercooler, oil cooler, and brakes. 17-inch white Enkei wheels were fitted, along with Ralliart stripes. Inside, the car featured Tommi Makinen Edition-embroidered Recaro seats, a Momo steering wheel, and a gearstick with red stitching.This particular car was imported into the UK from Japan in 2021 by our vendor, who entrusted his driving life long known JDM specialists to restore it to the beautiful standard you see here. This was actioned in 2022, with a large part of the work focusing on the underside of the car.
