Supplied new in 1978 and sparingly used throughout its life, this charming saloon has been dry stored for the majority of the last four decades, only emerging each year for its annual MOT before returning to storage. As a result, it remains one of the most original examples of Toyota’s dependable mid-size saloon we have encountered.Still retaining its original tyres dated 1978, the car presents in untouched condition throughout, offering an authentic glimpse into late 1970s Japanese manufacturing quality. Even the 1983 paraphernalia remains in the boot, a delightful reminder of its preserved state and careful ownership.The accompanying Toyota service book contains three main dealer stamps, the last recorded at just 2,448 miles, with a handwritten log of additional work on the back page.
