Here we have an iconic piece of British motoring history, in this Jaguar E-Type series 2 2+2 desirable manual made for the UK market. Finished in black with dark blue leather, timeless curves and powered by the legendary 4.2 straight six engine sitting on the original steel chrome wheels. Manufactured in 1969 and first registered in March 1970. The car is showing 95022 miles. Accompanying the car is its valuable heritage certificate and a huge history file dating back to 1980 detailing its life of cherished ownership. The car was orginally supplied to Henlys of London through one of their retail dealers being Alec Norman (Garages) Ltd who were based in Sun, Street Potton in Bedfordshire who were Jaguar and Daimler main dealers. They sold this E-Type to the local Foundry, Clark and Son in March 1970. Since then we have a comprehensive file with various works and MOT's and it has covered only 18000 miles in the last 44 years, one of the previous owners has listed all the old mot's and mileages covered in the year. The current owner has owned the car for the last 9 years, purchased from Arun Jaguar, ( a local Jaguar specialist) and in that time he covered the grand total of 1762 Miles!!
