Jaguar E-Pace 2018 (18) - 2.0 D150 S Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr

Purchased a bmw x5 from these guys last year. I have waited for a year to leave a review just in case there was any issues. Well I can happily say that after 15 thousand miles there has only been what I would class a ware and tear faults. The service was great. Allowed me to test drive the car on my own and told me roads that would allow me to get the best experience of multi situation driving. The guys even added turbo cover to my extended warranty cover. The only thing I feel was a waist was the extended warranty as I've not needed it at all. But with a car you never know so for peace of mind it was money well spent. The only negative I can think of is parking. It was not very easy to park when I went to view the cars and also when I went back to pick up my car. That being said I would buy from the guys there again.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer late Jan 2024. I live in Greater Manchester so had to enquire before making a trip down to near Birmingham. Me and the dealer Khan had a phone conversation at length where he detailed the vehicle, its service history and previous work carried out. All my questions were answered so I went to view the car. Please bear in mind the age of the vehicle when you buy, this car was 12 years old and presented very well given its age, it was clean and immaculate and the dealer was able to provide all the receipts of work claimed. A full MOT was provided and offered me a guarantee which I took, this proved to be a blessing as I picked up a small problem with the car. I took it to my garage and contacted the dealer who was incredibly professional and offered to have the car fixed at my garage instead of going back down to Birmingham. The work was carried out swiftly and he promptly satisfied the bill. I found Khan to be a man of his word, a professional and I would highly recommend.

I bought a car from this place in December 2023 after my old one decided to give up! I wanted something a bit bigger than what I originally had so went for a qashqai (from a Peugeot 208). The car was in brilliant condition, the garage had obviously spent some money looking after it, the drive was smooth and I didn't need to look at any other cars after test driving this one. The people were really friendly and even when there were a couple of things that needed tweaking on the car (just a bulb that was out and the window was sticking) they took it round to their garage and sorted it there and then. The price was decent, although they didn't budge much. But I'm not complaining because the work they'd put in meant i had a sound drive. I've done a couple of motorway runs in it and it's a pleasure to drive. Thanks to all at CA Dudley, over a month on and I still love driving it.
