CarSupermarket.com Birmingham were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I am a re occurring customer here and John was absolutely superb ! He helped me throughout the process and was very responsive & swift. He explained everything to me that I needed to know. I am so happy with my experience with John & Car supermarket. Many Thanks to John & the team!
I attended Car Supermarket for 2 reasons. 1- my wife has brought cars from there previously and 2- I had a terrible experience with Trade Centre Uk. I had seen a car I liked online so attended the Birmingham Branch and spoke with Adam. He was brilliant from start to finish. I reserved the car and left awaiting its delivery. Adam kept me in the loop throughout via email and phone calls. On the day I picked up the car it was ready and beautiful presented. The car is fantastic and Adam has phoned me since checking that all is ok. I highly recommend Car Supermarket to anyone, there is no pressure and they are very helpful. It’s refreshing because they reply to emails and answer the phone. Very happy. Cheers Adam.
I was happy with the service at CarSupermarket.com Birmingham because Cassandra was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and professional and was able to get the car moved, serviced and available to collect faster than expected and was a pleasure to deal with. Cassandra is an asset to car supermarket and I would recommend her personally to family and friends. She made my experience hassle and stress free.
I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Birmingham because although the sales service (and salesperson Joe) was good, the subsequent experience with the service centre was terrible. The car was advertised as having full service history, but I noticed that the most recent service carried out had not included replacing the spark plugs as required every 36000 miles on a Mini Cooper. I agreed to have these replaced free of charge the following week, as well as an air-con regas. Come the service day I drop the car off, only to get a call back about 90 minutes later to say the wrong spark plugs had been ordered, and that I would need to rebook another time. The car was regassed, but this still felt like wasted time - a 45 minute round trip for me and my partner, twice. I then bring the car in another day for the spark change, which on a Mini is a 30 minute job - and that's being generous. I was told if I arrive at 8.20 I would be first in and the job would start straightaway. Fast forward to more than 2 hours later the car is still on the ramp, and only after checking with the service team twice why it had been so long, it turns out that the technicians were also re-gassing the air conditioning again, completely unnecessarily. The job card hadn't been updated to show this was completed the week before. A further 30 minutes pass before I am handed my keys back and the car is driven round ready for me to take home. I received no apology, and said as such to the person I was dealing with - that although mistakes can be made, there was no one there taking any responsibility, nor anyone that actually attempted to make you feel even remotely valued as a customer. If you are buying a car from here, I believe it is possible that you can have a good experience. However, make sure you don't need to come back for any servicing, get this done elsewhere!
