I'd recommend Vertu Nissan Ilkeston to a friend because I was liked their no hassle approach, Adam who dealt with my purchase was knowledgeable on the vehicle history and he went through the whole purchasing process with me giving me all the information I required to ensure a smooth transaction.
My experience at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston could have been better because although the salesperson was very friendly, there was a lot of repeated pressure to take finance agreements that were unnecessary and could have ended up costing me more money. Additionally, the cleanliness and preparation of the car was unsatisfactory. The tyres had been coated with an oil that sprayed onto the bodywork and the interior car mats were filthy. I was told the car would have had a "full valet" and this obviously didn't happen.
