A very frustrating experience I had with them. Came for enquiries, made a reservation deposit with the assurances that if the sale didn't go through, I would get a full refund. Fast forward to about 7 months later, they have failed to give me back my deposit as the sale was not successful. Have called several times, was told to expect my refund within 3 days on each of the occasion. Have visited a number of times and still got the "3 days" message. They kept pushing me back and forth until the window to take legal action passed. Up till now, they're still holding on to my money... And there's nothing I can do again. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

What a waste of time. booked in for a test drive as I was looking for a new car and really was interested in a Jaecoo. Booked for 11:30. Arrived 11:20, spoke to them, gave details, discussed timelines and me still needing to sell his car. The salesman went to speak to a manager, then came back out and told me and my girlfriend if we are not buying today we can’t test drive the car. We pushed back on that, he went off and came back again and said we’ll “let you” test drive the car but it’s going to be about an hours wait. I explained we booked a test drive for 11:30 and was told they can’t help it if someone does a walk in. No, like any other business you should prioritise your bookings especially when people are travelling 40-50 minutes to visit your garage for a BOOKED appointment. Visited many car garages, never heard of not being allowed to test drive if not ordering the car today/imminently, nor have I ever seen a garage not honoring booked appointments over walk ins. The actual salesman was great could tell he felt very uncomfortable having to do the managers dirty work who wouldn’t come out after we were asked if we’d like to speak to him. I will be getting a Jaecoo but just not from this garage.

Met with Frankie at Cars2 seat Barnsley a few weekends ago, and what a terrible experience. Firstly, not even got out of my car before Frankie approached. I made it clear I was just looking around, seeing what I’d get for my car as PCP is ending within the next year. I gave my budget and provided my needs in a car and decided an Arona was the suitable car. I’ve had my last 2 cars from this branch so had trust in the service they could provide. Frankie lied about a car being in my budget, would skirt around questions and was very diplomatic with his answers. Typical sales rep. He sourced a car, told me it was 10-15 mins away, within my budget and was a ‘22 plate. The car was in Wakey so longer than 15 minutes away, it was a ‘20 plate and when I raised concerns on the colour, his reply was ‘well you don’t see the outside when you’re inside’. So it doesn’t matter that I’m paying my hard earned money for a car that I don’t like the outside of??? What a stupid response. Fair play to him, I was sold on going from a manual car to automatic. When we returned to the Barnsley dealership, I was sold on the car despite having not been at first, but was then told it was really outside of my budget. Over 2 hours after I had first arrived, I was worn out and the conversation ended on a negative note. I won’t be revisiting this branch
