CarSupermarket.com Barnsley were great because every question I had was answered straight away and everything was explained well. Lewis in particular seemed to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with everything even though they was extremely busy. The process was speedy but very clear.
I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Barnsley because The car had faults that had allegedly been checked and passed by the checker! Also advert for car said 2 keys present - But there is a FOB missing and that it was my responsibility to get it replaced at a cost of around £500.00 There was no mention of this apart from a picture which showed a set of keys! Both front doors have chip damage to them - again I've been told that this is my responsibility to get fixed and not something they would fix... This was after I purchased the vehicle.
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Barnsley was cracking because it was a no fuss purchase. Our sales person immediately put us at ease and there was no pressure whatsoever. The exchange of documents/payment was very smooth and the car tax and transfer of ownership was all dealt with before we drove away. We are very happy.
The experience at CarSupermarket.com Barnsley was great because staff was really helpful and friendly. I visited in day one by one of staff member who gave me advice on finance of my car, he gave me few option. In day two I returned with my partner unfortunately staff who helped me day before was off from work, Jonathan stepped in to help us with purchase. Everything was smooth and quick one issue we had was internet connection error and I couldn’t complete my applications. Problem was resolved very quickly when one of ladies gave us access to complete application on her computer. We completed my purchase, collected my new car day after. Day after my purchase I received phone call from Car Supermarket with questions regarding my purchase and if I got any problems I can always come back. They offered me help if needed. Thank you Jonathan I really appreciate your knowledge and help you giving to your customer. Definitely 5 stars.
