My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Northampton could have been better because the car was not as described and I would not have bought it in the condition it was delivered to me. Details regarding paperwork was poor. Once you had my money it was very difficult to get hold of somebody. I bought the car 2 weeks ago and it is still being repaired.
Vertu Vauxhall Northampton were helpful because the sales team were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my whole experience there, especially Ashley he was simply so good at helping me find the best car that would suit me and my child’s needs. He listened and helped me with every query he was extremely thorough with everything he explained and just all in all such a great person to talk too.
