EMG Spalding staff were good because you are made to feel that you not under pressure to make a decision there and then. You are given time to look around at the cars on offer ask any questions about vehicle and answered based on knowledge. You are made to feel very relaxed and looked after

I dealt with Darren Davey at the dealership. He’s an absolute gentleman and went out of his way to stay in communication. Darren promptly got a video of the car sent to me as requested. Even though I’m based in Northern Ireland, Darren had the car ready along with all service books for collection by the haulier. To be honest, the sales manager didn’t move much in price and Darren is the only reason I bought the car as he was so courteous and attentive.

We had a problem with the vehicle soon after purchasing it. They resolved the issue promptly. It is the only time that I have purchased a vehicle and the sales manager came out to thank us.

I would not recommend EMG Spalding because we brought a car without a parcel shelf, no battery in the key and very little diesel. The dealership have said they sale Kugas without parcel shelf’s so haven’t offered to pay for the part which will now cost us £280.00 from Ford. We pointed out the battery was low in the key when we first looked at the car, we do wonder if the car was actually looked at in the workshop because why wasn’t it sorted then and consequently we brought a battery for the key.

I'd suggest EMG Spalding to a friend, we've bought our last 2 cars there and find the service overall very good, unlike a lot of dealerships they are not pushy and listen to what you want.
