We purchased a Range Rover Evoque from CJS of which was returned after a week due to a noted mechanical fault. After 5 weeks of CJS keeping the car with no resolution, and numerous requests for our money to be refunded being declined, we made an application to the small claims court. Our money was returned after 5 weeks of asking and no resolution reached with the repair of the car. The car was re-listed for sale on their website within a week of the court application being settled.

I would give 0 stars if i could Called on Saturday to view the white x5 was told boss is using it which is fine so i booked a viewing for today (Monday 21st July) for between 1PM and 4PM. Excited to potentially buy it my wife came along as well so we went there around 14:30 to be told the car is not there and again the boss is gone somewhere and would be back in 20 to 30 minutes….???? No apology from the member of staff whatsoever for wasting my time These cowboys seem to have made some money and now think they are above everyone, relax fellas, even the Roman Empire has fallen, I promise you with this attitude you will soon go downhill 0 star review is well deserved and will never consider this place in the future Reply to CJS Complete liars! I spoke to someone called Jordan i think…??? And NO i was not asked to call to confirm i was coming! you don't accept responsibility just trying to shift it around!
