Vertu Citroën Derby were great because Salesman is great and friendly service, But service department made me not happy n danger because they haven’t put brake fluid lids to close bottle fluid in bonnet, If this water tank made more dangerous and genuine game over, I don’t knot why not doing final check,made me disappointed, We got photos as evidence.
My experience at Vertu Citroën Derby could have been better because both cars ive been sold have had mechanical issues. The customer service was good, but to habe financed teo different cars and be met with the same problems is extremely disappointing. I was assured after my terrible experience the first time around that this wouldn't happen again, yet as I right this review, my car is currently at a garage awaiting approval to be fixed.
My experience at Vertu Citroën Derby was positive because Jason was keen to communicate and walked through each point of the sale, sent videos of the car and to confirm payment details, and the car arrived on time as promised. Follow up and support with various insurances is good and promised
