My experience at Vertu Volvo Yeovil was positive because it was a simple and straight forward process to purchase the car i wanted. The sales team were helpful and supportive but not pushy. The only element I did not understand fully was Vertu's policy on not displaying the price of the car in the window. You had to scan a QR code as the prices change daily!
The experience at Vertu Volvo Yeovil was good because Ross took care of the complete sale and went through all of the paperwork in detail. It did at times feel a little pressured but we are pleased with the car. Only issue we have was that there was NO follow up call a few days latter as promised.
The sales staff were excellent and helpful. However, the EV I chose was not properly prepared for delivery. Cleaning was superficial. Areas under the bonnet, inside the charging cap were missed. Rubber mats were placed over the existing mats. Tire pressures were set for a conventional petrol car rather than an EV - probably unsafe at high speed. An electrical cover was missing (and still has not been replaced) under the bonnet. All in all unsatisfactory. Which is disappointing as the car itself is excellent.
