Excellent service from Malcolm at Pentagon Peugeot, car was in much earlier than expected, Malcolm kept me updated every couple of weeks by video calls and phone calls. At pick up he went over the car fully how to work things and gave me a 2nd offer to go over anything I couldn’t work out, very positive experience

After my initial experience I thought Peugeot pentagon was great. However since having issues with my car pentagon have been useless, more so I’m disgusted by the woman sat at the desk who didn’t care about the issues all she went on about was money I explained about safety issues yet she didn’t care at all, she was rude argogant and wasn’t interested in the slightest about the car issues and had no thought or care to want to help at all (Natalie I think her name was) sat there ignorant unhelpful I tried explaining over and over, all she cared about was money, well thank you so much because thanks to you and your none care and none help I shall not be using pentagon Peugeot ever again. I will go to a place that listen and has compassion and tries to help.

James was very helpful no pressure and explained everything and guided me to what car would be beneficial to me as I struggle with health issues, he also was very good to my grandson who is only 4 and my daughter. James answered all my questions and showed me all information I asked for.

I would highly recommend Pentagon Scunthorpe to anyone looking to purchase a car and in particular urge them to go directly to Karl Wheaton. I’ve recently purchased a car from Pentagon and was feeling a bit nervous prior as I don’t have much experience in this area but Karl made me feel at ease and ensured I had a stress free experience throughout. He walked me through the process providing expert knowledge on the vehicle and all of its features. He never pushed me into making a purchase and was understanding that I was going to have a browse at other cars at different dealerships which isn’t the experience I had elsewhere. When it came to sorting the deal, Karl worked to ensure I got the best price and agreement. The paperwork was a breeze and he kept in correspondence during the process providing updates when required. Even after a couple of the days with the car, Karl checked in to make sure that everything was running smoothly with it. I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Karl for everything and urge anyone to speak to Karl if you’re looking for a professional and stress-free experience!

I came across a car online that caught my eye, and from the very start, the service I received from Karl was exceptional. He put together a deal that was too good to pass up, and I honestly didn’t expect the car to be sitting on my driveway within a week! Karl made the entire process seamless from start to finish, keeping me informed every step of the way. He even sent a personal video the day before delivery, showing me the cleaned car, which was a great touch and really added to the experience. Big thank you to Carl aswell for driving it to us! Couldn’t be happier – outstanding service all around!
