Having changed my mind at the last minute on what car I wanted to buy, I spotted an alternative car at the Birmingham branch and was offered an appointment that very day to come and test drive the car. Adam was amazing during the test drive, as I had never driven an automatic before. Very patient, friendly and reassuring. Whole process to buy my car was easy and pain free. Big shout out also to Alex who offered to personally drop my new car to my home due to waiting for funds from a separate finance company to hit accounts. This saved me waiting around the showroom.
