I'd recommend EMG Ipswich to a friend or family because most aspects were as expected. Though I would warn my family members about the MG dealership pushing additional deals with the car. Gap insurance etc. that we did not require. This happened 4 times during the process and once afterwards by phone. Highly excessive!

EMG Ipswich were helpful because Craig was brilliant - from taking me out to test drive my vehicle, to having all the paperwork ready to go on pickup day, and taking the time to sit in the car with me when I collected it and talking me through how the console and controls worked. I felt very well looked after and drove away confident with my purchase.

I was happy with the service at EMG Ipswich because Dan made the whole process really easy. He knew that car and how all the creatures worked and demonstrated patience while he talked me through it all.
