I find making big purchases very stressful. Laurie and the team immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was friendly and professional, and at no point during our visit did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. We looked at a couple of cars from other dealerships but MG seems to be much better value for money, especially when you take into account the long warranty, free AA cover etc. Additionally the car is actually nice and simple to use, whereas others we had looked at were overly complicated. However you don't buy from a brand or a garage you buy from people and it was definitely the attitude, friendliness and non pushy sales tactics of the team at Waylands that swayed us to purchase our car from them, which we are very happy about.
