Vertu Škoda Chesterfield were great because Susan Fairchild was exceptional in the way she dealt with our enquiry and the help and advice she gave my wife, especially providing a test drive to acclimatize her with an automatic car. She was polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She explained the sales procedure and provided it in paper format where possible rather than digital which seems to be the annoying norm with companies today who do not seem to realize the elderly customer is not tech savvy. In this case it resulted in a successful sale.
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Škoda Chesterfield because of the great service that Rob Hardy provided. He managed a complicated part exchange and offered us a fair price. He was open about costs and arranged the handover on a date good for us. He kept us informed and I am more than happy with both vehicles we purchased.
