I would not recommend Waylands Bristol because work that was promised and agreed to be done to the vehicle wasn't carried out before pick up, they then attempted to gaslight me that the amount of damage was appropriate for a 3 year old approved used car before my suggestion of unwinding the deal prompted them to again offer the previously agreed repair. Was offered repair within 3 weeks but that has now seemingly turned into 5 weeks.
I'd recommend Waylands Bristol to a friend because all staff and management made you feel welcome, are friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. There's no pressure to make decisions and everything can go at your pace. The salesperson Haroon helped and managed everything for us, all the way through to our purchase. Thank you Haroon!
