I was pleased with Perrys Aylesbury MG and would recommend them because knowledgeable and efficient sales people.

My experience at Perry's Aylesbury MG was positive because whilst I was very happy with car as seen it transpired that it had recently had it's first MOT, there were 3 advisories on the MOT but Perry's agreed to clear them if I had the vehicle, which they did very promptly. So very happy with my new car.

Start by having a full de-brief on the sale of this car. Poor customer communication, poor training, poor supervision and support of front end, poor culture, interdepartment fighting/communication/shoddy!/managers and principal need to do much better. Overall shocking.

My experience at Perrys Aylesbury MG was positive because the salesman was very helpful and informative and the car was very good value for money.

The final salesperson (Kim) was excellent, and 'went the extra mile'. Really friendly, helpful and always fulfilled her promises. The only slight downside was that my initial telephone enquiry (dealt with by someone else) was not responded to, and I had to chase that a couple of times. But as soon as I dealt with Kim, everything went smoothly. Excellent choice of cars from many different manufacturers. Really nice place to purchase a car from. Fingers crossed my new car is reliable, but (so far) I'm impressed with Perrys and it's very much recommended by me.
