I'd endorse Vertu Land Rover Leeds because Sarah was ever so helpful, answered any questions, spent a lot of time going over the car’s features. There was no pressure to try and force a sale that you get with some other dealerships and didn’t want to rush you out of the door once the sale was complete. Overall it was a very friendly and helpful service and would definitely recommend, thank you Vertu Land Rover
I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Leeds because the after-sales service is really bad. We do not feel welcomed when we contacted the dealership for some enquiries and follow-up after picked up the car. There was no reply to my email enquiry until the sales representative return from holiday a week later.
