Unhelpful on multiple occasions. Tried to purchase from them. Painful experience bought my new VW elsewhere. Tried to use them for basic maintenance and service requests extremely unhelpful. I really wish they weren't my local dealer.

Great service for my dads car

I am happy with my VW Touran that I purchased from Crewe Volkswagen and their servicing of it in the last two years.

Bunch of scammers. Tried to take advantage of my partner claiming her two year old polo, that hadn't even been through a set of pads yet needed new discs at \xa3450! Classic case of seeing a young girl who doesn't know any better and trying their luck trying to rip her off. Don't deserve to be in business
