Carbase Weston Super Mare staff were good because friendly approach. The only thing I would change was the timescale of the deal seemed rushed due the being late on a Sunday would have preferred to return on the Monday to finalise and have chance to think the process through.
My experience at Carbase Weston Super Mare could have been better because whilst Nathan has been brilliant, the oil change light came on when driving car home. The oil wasn’t changed or checked in the Carbase sales process as it should have been and the oil had degraded. Despite this, it’s not covered by RAC warranty and I’ve had to pay £93 to fix
