I have recently just purchased my new car with Waylands, Laurie was my sales person and from start to finish he couldn’t have been anymore helpful if he tried, he was so friendly, reliable and efficient! Answered all my questions and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Came away with a great deal and a lovely new car! Even after the sale completed he still stayed in touch to make sure everything was okay and to see how I was getting on, again more than happy to answer any questions or queries. I find making big purchases very stressful. Laurie and the team immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was friendly and professional, and at no point during our visit did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. We looked at a couple of cars from other dealerships but MG seems to be much better value for money, especially when you take into account the long warranty, free AA cover etc. Additionally the car is actually nice and simple to use, whereas others we had looked at were overly complicated. However you don't buy from a brand or a garage you buy from people and it was definitely the attitude, friendliness and non pushy sales tactics of the team at Waylands that swayed us to purchase our car from them, which we are very happy about.

My experience at Waylands MG Oxford was cracking because they had a good selection of vehicles at a super price. The sales person, Dan, was superb. He was professional, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy in any way. The chap who delivered the car was very good too; he was polite and knowledgeable about the car.
