Emailed this garage, put together an email of a car I was interested in they said they would get back to me. Classed it up and heard nothing so they clearly don't need the business, poor customer service

DONT TRUST AUDI! 2023 AUDI A3 - MULTIPLE BREAKDOWNS IN 2 YEARS - BROKE DOWN IN FIRST 3 MONTHS!! - AUDI “FIXED IT” and it broke down with 1 hour of leaving the showroom having been repaired!! I can not believe all the above save the stress and go elsewhere. DANGEROUS & UNRELIABLE They can’t seem to fix cars in and out the showroom AUDI TAMWORTH IS THE WORST! MANIUPLUATIVE AND LIE.

Shout to Manny from the service team @ Cov Audi. Professional, polite and even went out her own way to organise a hire vehicle for me within an hour and even got my vehicle repaired in ONE DAY! Thank you very much.

I’d misplaced my wheel nut key and was dreading the hassle and expense, but Lewis went above and beyond to help me find it. Saved me a lot of time, stress, and money. Really appreciate the extra effort – a credit to the team! such a star! Really appreciate the friendly and professional service. Also reception staff at Audi very welcoming and reassuring.

Real let down Emma never responds to emails or calls. Reception says she's on holiday but is replying to emails. Shes not emailing me back. 2 weeks now and I've not had a car. No sorry the cars late. Do not recommend listers Go else where

Having booked my A6 in for a timing belt and brake fluid change the car was returned uncleaned and covered in greasy hand and fingerprints. No follow up from the dealership to resolve my complaint. Now having checked the brake caliper bleed nipples, I can find no evidence that these have seen a spanner recently.
