Alix and Garvin are two brilliant, helpful people. Very friendly , good people . Willing to advise and help in any way that they can. They go out of their way for you. The team (Allix, Gavin and Graham) were absolutely brilliant in our experience of getting a car from them. Their used low mileage cars are very carefully chosen (by Craig) and very well prepared and presented. The team are not pushy which is really important to us. They are polite, answer questions and know where you stand throughout the process. To us whilst the car and its condition is the most important element of buying a used car, the experience is also very important and Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars really tick the box. Saw the Ford C-max 1.5TDCi Titanium automatic on the website. Only 20,000 miles on clock. So phoned and then off we went to view it Saturday (we got lost as there was a road closure but no problem, we phoned, they kindly came out and escorted us to their showroom) The car was immaculate and test drive went well. So we bought it and they delivered it for us a couple of days later. Every one of the workforce were so friendly and helpful and were never pushy. They explained everything in detail. We were given a platinum rated 3 month warranty. We were told to phone at any time if we need any further advice. (reassuring at our age ! ) The whole show room area, the workforce and even the loos were all immaculate ! Refreshments were offered on arrival. The car arrived on a delivery vehicle, and was parked where we wanted it and then we were helped with the on-line DVLA Licensing. Such a friendly and helpful company. We certainly recommend them. I am not usually a fan of non franchised car dealerships however this one cured my fears, from first enquiry to purchase a truly great experience, Gavin was smart, polite, professional and non pushy, he answered all my questions and the car was truly immaculate in its presentation. If you need a new car get in touch you will not be disappointed with the service you receive or the choice you have, thank you for a great experience and a great car. Andy I returned to see Gavin and Alix to purchase another vehicle and I was again spoilt for choice all were immaculate in the presentation. I selected my vehicle and after the necessary paperwork drove away a very happy man, a couple of tiny issues came up in the next couple of weeks and all issues were corrected swiftly and without question. Wonderful experience viewing and purchasing my new car today. Alix communicated fantastically from booking the viewing, staying true to word with me having first refusal of the car all the way to completing the sale. He was a pleasure to deal with and the onsite team went above and beyond doing final checks and accomodations to enable a smooth transaction. Great part-x price.
