What can I say other than wow, I 1000% can't fault these guys. I have the Worse luck when it comes to buying second hand cars and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. 3 weeks ago I went to Adams autos after seeing a tiguan online. The gentleman I delt with was amazing so kind and friendly. I bought the car and off I went happy customer. Unfortunately 3 days later the car broke down, I was guttered to say the least and couldn't help but think here we go again. I called the RAC then called Adams Autos who told me to bring the car straight back and they'd sort it what ever it was. Turns out it needed a new engine which the Rac man assured me no one would have know this was going to happen, I hadn't been ripped off and I hadn't done any thing wrong. We took the car back and explained and straight away with out hesitation they told me it would be fixed what ever the cost. 2 weeks later new engine fitted and a full service I got the car back and it runs like a dream. I honestly can not thank the guys at Adams autos enough. They even said to me they'd had the air con regassed but it still didn't seem to be working but said if I wanted to take it to a garage and have it fixed I could take them the bill and they'd pay it. Nothing is to much trouble even tho they are probably out of pocket now with the cost of the repair that didn't matter to them all that mattered was getting my car back to me in full working order.
