I would not recommend Vertu Škoda Darlington because the service provided was poor. Work was not completed to a good standard and multiple issues had to be resolved by the Bolton Vertu branch who were much more helpful.

I'd suggest Vertu Škoda Darlington to a friend because the service was excellent, the car is great and everyone I dealt with was professional.

We found the initial discussion with Matt friendly and helpful. Did not feel pressurised. He listened to our specific need to find a Skoda Superb - automatic 4X drive - and he delivered. His colleagues also helpful (Graeme and the Manager). Much better experience than Lookers... where an over reliance on "red tape" and an inordinate amount of time was spent on a computer system.

I would not recommend Vertu Škoda Darlington because its simply the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Embarrassing how bad the service team are.
