      Bought my focus from here just after Christmas, the viewing/test drive was a pleasant process, Jay was very helpful and friendly. I was advised a 2-3 week wait time for the car to be prepped which I thought was reasonable considering it was 2 days after Christmas, and there was a small issue I asked to be fixed (rear bumper unclipped on one side), this wait ended up being over 4 weeks, again this would have been fine if I was kept updated, but instead I had to chase them up to get any updates. But overall, a reasonably pleasant process. On collection day (a Saturday) I noticed a rattling/whirring noise when pressing the clutch, so emailed them straight away, got a response the following Monday from Debbie, by this time I had noticed that both rear isofix points were broken, Debbie booked the car in straight away, however I had to wait a month for them to look at it, which seems excessive. Fast forward to a month later, the faulty isofix was resolved without an issue, however the clutch which still makes a horrible noise when being pressed got brushed off, I was told "it's just a noise". Not happy with this outcome, will be getting a second opinion. The car was also sold to me as having a full service history, however I was never given this when collecting the vehicle, so have no proof atall, not good.

      Purchased 4 series bmw from Adam Walter’s. Delt with Debbie from start to finish. Debbi was amazing reassured me all along the way went above and beyond. I made the purchase from 300 miles away without seeing the car and when I arrived it was exactly how it was listed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

      Got the response below from Walters, the extended warranty literature is not made clear at the point of sale. Perhaps a review on that is needed but we were not given the treatment that should be given. There was a delay in response from Adam. There was no staff in place to respond in his absence. I guess I wasn't priority. The comment inaccuracies is false as they hadn't checked the facts with me before making that assumption. The obundsman did kick start conversations again, shouldn't be the case. Part 1. Quite a lot to say about this company, too much to give justice in one review so expect more. Adam Walters seems to ignore emails and letters after my last correspondence in June, but I know he will be keen to answer a public announcement as per my right. One piece of advice, do not buy the optional extended warranty, not worth the money and the Auto Group will not take responsibility as it is sold and managed by the seller, in this case Walter's Motor Group. There is a 14 day cooling off period but after that, you are lumbered with a warranty that you can not get a refund on...most garages hate dealing with warranty companies as they have to prove the problem with endless photos, testing and just a pain throughout. It takes months to claim anything and takes hours out of your day to organise. They sold the product but did not explain the malarkey that goes with it. Others might have had a better experience, mine was not.

      Would give less then one star if I could. Bought a car, had so much trouble from the beginning with it, which I didn’t mind as much as they told me it would be a project car so was expected. I have now bought a car much newer for the same price with a lot less problems. They wrote my address and post code wrong, I called back and asked if they could give me the \xa324 to change my address to which they said no and I never even got an apology for, she was also rude on the phone. I also let this go, until today when I was told I owe a large amount of money from a certain place for something, which would have been A LOT less if this company got my address and post code right in the first place as I would have received the letters. I’m sure they will respond with a clever essay, but to not even get a sorry is disgusting. EDIT: Not only are they incompetent, they are also liars. I was never abusive or used bad language. This whole thing could have been avoided if they confirmed my address and post code in the first place. I worked in an office and not once did I not confirm an address. Really bad customer service, they are unable to apologise or take criticism and despite the amount they’re selling their cars for they can’t give one of their previous customers \xa324 for something which they got wrong. Yes I bought this car a while ago, but I am still having hassle and paying huge amounts of money for one of their mistakes which they should have got right. Something as simple as an address and post code! They say the customer should check the details, yes, but I have never had any other company get something so simple as a letter in a post code wrong. They lie in their reviews to make themselves look better, so don’t believe everything you read.
