Bought a vehicle from this company. I rang them before I took delivery to ask if it would be served before it was delivered and was. told it had only been serviced a few thousand miles ago. I asked when that was and they said a year ago. I asked if surely it was on milage or age depending which came first and I was point blankly and rather bluntly told that this vehicle is only serviced every TWO years. I have since investigated and found out this was a lie. the vehicle was due a service around the delivery time and it is. YEARLY service. unfortunately because of the rude and bordering on aggressive nature with which I was dismissed originally I did not feel I could go back to them and argue that they should have serviced my vehicle. *Update* I contacted Harry at Ben Harrison and after some discussions they have acknowledged that there were some mis- communications on their part and as a way of an apology they have offered to pay for my car to be serviced next month. I will update the post again once the service is done and if they stay true to their word or not. *Update*: True to their word they did pay for my service so will up my stars but I will not go higher than 3 as they need to learn to be more open and honest with customers from the start. And I think the attitude I was given in the first place needs to change. Just because I am a woman does not mean I am stupid and do not appreciate being spoken to as such.

Bought a cla45 from them. Nothing was too much trouble, prompt at responding to any queries. They even delivered the vehicle within a couple of days. I've bought many cars from dealers over the years but Ben Harrison were up there as one of the best I've dealt with. Great work guys and loving the car

What a wonderful experience in part exchanging and buying a pre owned car, the two guys who own the garage Ben and Harry are lovely chaps. They couldn’t do enough to help, what ever they say they would do they did. They even delivered the new car and took the old car back. The parcel shelf was missing and they sent a replacement one to my home address. I would highly recommend this Dealer and would definitely use them again. Well done Ben and Harry.
