⭐ 0/10 I recently enquired about a part exchange and was very disappointed with the experience. The valuation offered was extremely low compared to other companies who provided a significantly better price. The process was time-consuming, taking almost an entire day, and unfortunately, the level of customer service did not match the value of the vehicle (approximately \xa318,000). Staff appeared frustrated and disengaged, which reflected poorly on the overall experience. While others may have had a more positive outcome, my experience did not meet expectations and I cannot recommend their service.

They dont deal with external finance companies , they should make it clear in the first place. Explain the situations and opportunities to customer clearly so when they deposit for the car , they should be refunded in any cases.

After sales care is extremely poor. I regret buying a car from them - even after paying for extra warranty and assistance. Honestly, worst decision I’ve ever made buying a car from car giants.

Bought an A class last year engine seized up within 9 months. Contacted car giant regarding this as I’m paying finance on this car absolutely devastated. the after sales are extremely unprofessional the assistant read from a script stating statements of their policy which they are obviously asked to do then when I questioned him he asked me if I was mechanically savvy!!! What a joke spent 11 grand and this is how I get treated. Please do not buy from here!I am now spending 4 grand on a new engine and fitting.

They sold me a VW UP! 2020 model a year ago, which I had to immediately replace the front tyres on because they replaced them with completely worn out ones I have just had to replace the battery on as it was not a stop start battery in a stop start car so it was completely worn out and I have also had to replace the front brakes as they were also completly worn out and had been for several years I was told by the mechanic and it had been a danger to drive for at least a few years and that I was lucky so far I haven't had to do an emergency stop at high speeds otherwise they would have failed.

Very disappointing, travelled 2h only to find out that there was no v5 available. Also, sales person said on the phone there is full service, but the car was only service twiced in 65k miles... Not sure how to describe but cars are actually very tired. Engine bays sprayed with some rubbish shiny product to make it look fresh. Waste of time..
