Fantastic experience start to finish. Arrived to a well presented forecourt. Looked at the cars at our leisure and when I asked to view one, again was able to view at our leisure. When I decided I wanted to learn more about the car I was then able to go to the office where all my questions were answered and I was able to take the car for a test drive. What really stood out was the customer service, I had no intention of buying a car that day, but the way everything was handled made it an easy decision. I’ve visited many dealerships before, but this was by far the most seamless and professional experience I’ve ever had. Mark was a pleasure to deal with, and thanks to him, Rangebrook will be the very first place I look when I’m ready for my next car.

I part exchanged a car at this garage the service at the time was brilliant- nearly 2 years on I am receiving court fine letters as the car the bought from me has been caught speeding. I first reported this to the garage when I received the first letter and they agreed to deal with this. Now receiving letters threatening bailiffs and possible warrant out for my arrest. Not at all impressed. 3 months down the line I have received notification the the fines - 2 years after the car was part exchanged to this garage are going to be taken out of my wages. So they have obviously done nothing other than verbally accept responsibility. This is now beyond a joke.

I purchased my very first car from Rangebrook at the start of this month. It was something I'd been incredibly anxious about, but these guys made the experience a very pleasant one. I knew as soon as I arrived to view the car, that I was in safe hands. The garage is well kept & the staff are friendly & professional. Went in to Range Brook on the off chance of finding a car that I may actually like. Found one within 5 minutes of being there that I instantly wanted. They catered for me taking it for a test drive up on request and the sales process from start to finish was excellent. The staff were friendly and helped with every aspect of my enquiry and purchase.
