I cannot speak highly enough about Simon and the gang at Richardson's. I bought a 15 year old XJ Jaguar from them, sight unseen, over the internet. I was reassured to do so having spoken to Simon on the phone, by the video he sent me and by the good feeling I got from him. I travelled from Liverpool to Lincoln to pick up the car in December '24. Subsequently, back home some eight weeks later, the car battery failed, but no problem for Richardson's - I got one locally and Simon paid for it. Then, when the weather heated up recently I found the aircon wasn't working (not apparent when we got the car in December) but again, no problem. We took the car back to Lincoln and the aircon rad and condensor were replaced in a day at cost-price with reduced labour charges. All this six months AFTER we'd bought the car. Kiel-fit at home had quoted me \xa31890 to do the aircon, but Simon did it for less than \xa3500. These people at Richardson's stand by their sales - even old cars like mine. I can't recommend them enough.
