The experience at Vertu Toyota Sheffield was good because it went smoothly and the advisor was great. There was an error with the V5, but the advisor was on hand at all times. However the after service wasn't as great. Was told to contact my local Toyota for some key fob batteries and they simply give me a few, as the day after purchasing, had a note to replace batteries. However going to Toyota Derby was told i need to pay £9. Asked about the warranty, and was told different things about what is covered and how the vehicle would have to come in and then you would be told if covered or not. When buying you are given various promises, however once purchased there is a lot of backtracking. Car was excellent. Vertu Toyota Sheffield excellent, Derby Branch not so great so far... will have to see how it goes if i need warranty help.
