My daughter purchased a car from Mark in March 2024. We had a few issues with the car that were picked up well after the warranty had run out. Took the car back for piece of mind rather than anything else. Mark carried out a few checks and also replaced the coolant tank and some hoses etc, all free of charge. Excellent post sale service.

Do not buy a car from here. Traveled 200 miles to collect a car and upon arrival it had been ran to temperature already, as I went to start it I instantly had an issue where it wouldn’t start and the lights weren’t on the dash. Managed to get it started.. on the way home and for the remaining weeks it’s been cutting out every day l. I payed the full asking price so that I could have warranty. I reached out the next day and was told It was fine when I left there.. so after messaging back and forth I’ve now been ignored. So I can only take it higher now.

Second time in 10 years that we've purchased a car here, Mark is always friendly and makes time for you, he listens to what you're looking for and isn't pushy. One of the wheel bearings went (normal part of car wear and tear) recently and the in house mechanic fixed it without charge despite being out of the 3 month warranty. I always recommend Albion Road Motors for the professional and friendly, reliable service.
