I bought a VW Polo and went through the process with Sohaib. It was straightforward and clear. They even offered to wash the car for free after the purchase.

Went to look at a nice bmw 7series v8 for my dad, we got that and I left with a Land Rover discovery for myself. Both older cars but seem well chosen by the garage. They weren’t pushy or rushy, we test drove and all was good and pleasant experience throughout. When buying all was smooth and hassle free and done paperwork was organised and finished in a short time. Above and beyond with helping sort the tax and reg plate. I did not end up buying the car from Mo, but still would like to leave a 5* review based on customer service and honesty after almost purchasing a car. Mo was very quick to evaluate my part exchange, offered great knowledge in the car he was selling and immediately returned my reservation fee after I had changed my mind about the purchase. I have no doubt that the positive reviews, great reputation and promises of comprehensive after sale support are all genuine.

I would definitely recommend this company, very knowledgeable polite people, give you time to view their vehicles with no hassle or pressure. Being able to test drive. Sort all the necessary paperwork and documentation for your vehicle. Well done to the team.

I trust and recommend Car-O-Fair. They sold me a car in very good condition, exactly as advertised; they honoured the three month warranty by doing a couple of minor adjustments to the AC and hand brake; the service is friendly and flexible. I'd buy from them again.
