I was pleased with Vertu Toyota Leicester and would recommend them because everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist to the salesperson. I dealt with Sonia and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She was also very patient and understanding. I walked in unsure if I was going to buy a car and left with one after speaking to Sonia. I would gladly go again. The managers also met with me and were accommodating. There was a dent on the car the day I picked it up and the manager sorted it immediately so I could drive away a dent free car. I would definitely recommend!
My experience at Vertu Toyota Leicester was positive because all the staff at Toyota were really helpful. We were introduced to various members of the team during our visit, including the manager. But the true credit must go to Kelvin who was just the perfect salesman. Really helpful and truly cared about our needs and provided first class service. Was lovely to visit a car showroom with so many happy smiling faces

I'd recommend Vertu Toyota Leicester to anyone because the service was professional and extremely helpful but at no point did I feel as though I was under pressure from a hard sell. I needed the vehicle quickly and Sonia went out of her way to make sure that it would be ready within a day. All the various options regarding warranty, servicing, etc were explained clearly but, again, there was no hard sell. Plus I am very happy with the vehicle.
