We drove an hour to V12 Sports and Classics in Worksop with the intention of viewing and purchasing a particular vehicle. Our finance was already in place and we were fully aware of the charges they apply for using external finance. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The car was absolutely filthy, with cream leather seats stained and sweet wrappers left in the back, and yet they still wanted to charge us \xa3149 for “preparation.” The sales rep was new so I don’t blame him, but the female manager was extremely rude and even made degrading comments about my credit file loudly, in front of other customers (surely a GDPR concern). We were aggressively pushed towards unnecessary add-ons, including a “gold warranty” that didn’t seem to cover anything meaningful. We were told we’d receive a call the next morning to confirm whether any money would be taken off for damage, and if the vehicle would actually be cleaned before sale. We even said that if they cleaned it properly, we’d go ahead with the purchase. That call never came. Instead, we have since purchased a more expensive version of the same car elsewhere with half the mileage, in immaculate condition, and with a far more professional buying experience. Overall, very poor service and we would not recommend.

Disappointing experience with V12 Sports and Classic Worksop. I recently purchased a vehicle from them, but the delivery was marred by a dead battery. The delivery guy's response was unhelpful, telling me to ring them. When I did, I was instructed to change the battery myself and they'd refund me. I did as told, sent in the receipt, they sent me confirmation email that refund will be issued within 3 to 5days but it's been almost two weeks and I've yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups with Kye and Manager Scott Dunn, promising a 'shortly' issued refund, nothing has materialized. The lack of commitment to after-sales service is concerning and unprofessional. Buyer beware!" *Recommendation:* Potential buyers should exercise caution and thoroughly research before making a purchase from V12 Sports and Classic Worksop.

One of the worst experiences of buying a car I have ever had. The sales team is full of empty promises and scam you on the extras and discounts offered. The car hadn't been prepared a week later when we went to collect, so we were left waiting for hours. Corrective work on the car promised wasn't conducted. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Terrible experience with V12. I got car from them fortunately got successful in getting my car but the most terrible customer service experience, full of racism, I mean the only attraction was the commission to pass the application otherwise they can turn you down on your skin colour. So the main issues I faced was unprofessionalism by the staff they book me for a meeting initially on 7:30 whereas the person with whom we had meeting was not present. We drove all the way from Manchester to Worksop. The second time their staff influenced us for paying deposit whereas in my contract there was no requirement. At the time of handing over the car, nobody handover the car to me, instead of helping out all staff was really rude and uncooperative. Thirdly they charged us for maintenance cost for which they didn’t inform us at the time of contract. And the car was not even washed, and was full of dust. I would never recommend anyone this place if you are a person of colour. Terrible and rude customer service.
